With the start of March I decided today that it's time for a little spring cleaning. I find myself a little slow on getting started. I had major high hopes for what I would get accomplished today, unfortunately all I completed was setting up the crib.
Brad has previously set it up every time, but I figured it would be a piece of cake.  Now, I know they say these things are supposed to be easy to assemble, but let me tell ya, I was almost defeated by this little bugger! The twins watched me from their perch on the bed and I could tell they were judging me! I'm not going to disclose just how long it took me to set it up, just look at the picture and know that I was eventually the victor! Tomorrow  this coming week, I plan on finishing the mound of laundry sitting in the corner of my room....wish me luck!
We'll see how much I actually get done tomorrow because I'm spending a lazy Sunday with my husband and these two little nuggets. Oh how I love those three!

Twinkies

Oh how tiring it can be to be a mother of twins! It's definitely a learning experience: why have they not pooed in three days? they're both crying, which do I pick up first? what the heck is lanolin?! (Maybe I shouldn't start a blog by talking about poop and lanolin!) Sometimes I feel a bit out of my element! Luckily I have an amazing husband and two terrific roommates (my parents, yes we live with my parents) to help with the questions.
I think the key is to not take life too seriously. Trust, these girls are cute but sometimes they make me want to pull my hair out...and they're only 10 weeks old! Here's to the learning process, it's been an amazing start!
